American Cinematheque to present Christmas classics.

The holiday season is upon us, and the American Cinematheque helps get us in the mood with a series of Christmas classics scheduled under the banner title of “Movies with Holiday Spirit. Several non-genre titles (e.g. WHITE CHRISTMAS) will be included, but there are also a handful of fantasy films that should please fans of imaginative cinema. Screenings take place at the Aero Theatre in Santa Monica and at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood.

Title: Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas

Not all the songs are great, but this is a lavish and well-done version of the familiar Christmas classic.
