Anaheim Gardenwalk goes all in on Halloween

Anaheim Gardenwalk in Orange County (former home of The Third Eye and The Empty Grave) is offering a trio of Halloween events this season, with enough variety to please just about anyone looking for something to do during the final weekend of October.

Santa Ana Haunt OC Nightmare is haunted mazes from the team behind the Santa Ana Haunt. Appropriate for all ages, the haunt runs Thursdays through Sundays until November 3; hours are 6pm to 11pm. Thriller NightMares offers a three-part cocktail experience delving into real-life origin stories of favorite horror franchises including Scream, Nightmare on Elm Street, and The Exorcist. Tickets are $44, including a flight of three themed cocktails. The show wraps up with final dates on October 25 and 26; shows start at 8pm and 9:30pm. Admission is restricted to ages 21 and over. Monster Mash provides family-friendly fun aimed at younger Halloween fans (and their pets). This weekend’s lineup includes trick-or-treating, vendors, live bands, a Dia de los Muertos celebration, and a creepy cabaret. Final dates are October 25 to 27. Hours are 5-10pm Friday, 4-10pm Saturday, and 4-10pm Sunday. More info here.
