Halloween 2014 Discovery: Haunted Fire Station 6 in Santa Clarita

Just a quick note: Visiting Pumkin Jack’s Haunted House last night in Santa Clarita, we noticed some intriguing lights down the street. Like a moth drawn to flame, we discovered a haunted firehouse, with a crew of skeleton firemen in various shocked poses – no doubt because the firehouse itself was in flames (at least in the upper window).

There was no mechanical movement other than the illusory flames, but the facade of the firehouse was brilliantly done – on the level of what one expects from Hollywood Haunter in Glendale. If you visit Pumkin Jack’s Haunted House tonight (28603 Natalie Lane, Santa Clarita, California 91390), head down the street to 28540 Agajanian Drive for the Fire Station 6 (the name visible on the building).

We don’t know for a fact that the lights will be on but it’s worth look if you are already in the area for Pumkin Jack’s lights-out flashlight tour, which runs from 7pm to 8pm tonight (more or less, depending on how long the line lasts).

Update: Though we didn’t know it at the time, this home haunt goes by the name Halloween On Agajanian.
