Halloween Calamity: No House of Restless Spirits for 2014!

Hollywood Gothique has just received terrible news: there will be no House of Restless Spirits yard haunt for Halloween 2014. Though the crew had been hard at work for months, an unfortunate situation with neighbors forced the decision to terminate what had promised to be the greatest manifestation yet of the most spectral and ethereal haunted home in our experience.

There is no word on whether the House of Restless Spirits will return next year – or ever. Hopefully, readers heeded our past advice and visited this charmingly spooky display during previous years. It really is – make that, was – one of the best Halloween haunted house attractions in Los Angeles.

We may try to console ourselves with a visit to the House at Haunted Hill, but at the moment, this news is enough to make us declare that 2014 is the Worst Halloween Ever.
