Halloween Horror Movie Screenings, Film Festivals & All-Night Horror Shows in Los Angeles
Although Halloween Events are typically live (haunted houses, costume parties, etc.), Los Angeles offers plenty of Halloween horror movie screenings every October. Hollywood and the surrounding environs are home to several repertory and specialty theatres; local organizations screen movies in unusual, outdoor settings (parks, cemeteries), and even the major theatre chains get in on the action.
Many of these venues program lengthy series of classic, cult, and contemporary horror titles; others squeeze in a few scare films into otherwise Halloween-free programming. The locations are spread around the Greater Los Angeles area, so you need not live in Hollywood in order to enjoy a little Hollywood Gothique Cinema.
In short, there is no shortage of Halloween Horror Movie Screenings in L.A.
