2023 Updates: There is no Casa Creepy walkthrough scheduled at Casa Romantica this year. However, there are two 21-and-over Halloween parties on October 27 & 28, 7-9pm.

Casa Creepy Information
Billing itself as “South Orange County’s largest family-friendly Halloween attraction,” Casa Creepy Haunted House made its debut in 2016. Set in a house built in 1927, the event transforms the two-and-a-half acre historic seaside property into vintage haunted house and garden walk, featuring old-fashioned spooky atmosphere, with ghosts, werewolves, vampires, and Frankenstein’s monster. Actors and animatronics provide the frights, while classic black-and-white horror films screen for an audience of cadavers and skeletons.
Casa Creepy tries to deliver scares suitable for children ages 8 and up, but parents are advised to use their discretion. Costumes are encouraged; costume masks not allowed but medical masks are since the Covid-19 pandemic.
Casa Creepy is reminiscent of the Halloween mazes that haunt-goers once encountered inside shopping malls, back in the days when trick-or-treaters could find an enjoyable Halloween experience for $10 to $15 instead of heading to an expensive theme park.
This event is capped at 250 guests per evening, and entry is timed. You may be required to wait if lines are long. While there is no touching, Casa Romantica’s haunted walk contains sudden movement and sounds, and parts of the walk take place on unpaved or uneven historic grounds. All participants are required to agree to a waiver for this event in order to participate.
