MOLAR MANOR HISTORY: Molar Manor was established in Santa Clarita in 2001 as a “haunted collection” that was open two days per year to benefit local charities. Since proprietor Dr. Ronald Singer sold the enterpirse to new owners Denise Larson Kivett and Ralph Esacoff, the plan has been to expand the attraction to a year-round calendar that will allow for fund-raising, film production, and tours during the Halloween season. In 2006, Molar Manor moved from Santa Clarita to Canyon Country, expanding to a new, larger facility. In 2007, the presentation was billed as “House of the Dancing Dead.” In 2008, the haunt was rechristened “2nd Chance Manor,” but no Halloween dates were announced. The attraction is now defunct.
