This entertaining home haunt went on indefinite hiatus after Halloween 2014. The announcement arrived via a statement on the home haunt’s website and Facebook page, in October 2015:

Greetings Swamp Dwellers,
After thorough consideration, the team here at FearCroft Productions has decided to take the 2015 Halloween season off for our haunted attraction, The Curse of Devil Swamp. Multiple factors have led to this decision, the most pertinent being timing and lack of resources. However, our team is currently developing a new, exciting project for the near future. We would like to thank all of you who have supported us by donating, visiting, and spreading the word over the past two years. Your patronage is sincerely appreciated. This home haunt used to materialize on Halloween Night to terrorize neighborhood trick-or-treaters. As the name suggests, Curse of the Devil Swamp depicted a journey through a haunted swamp. Fortunately, Hollywood Gothique made the trek out to Covina for the final manifestation, during our 2014 Halloween Haunt Odyssey. Our review is here.
