Halloween 2024: Haunted Groundz brings back its spooky shooting gallery. It’s fun for the whole family, but children must be supervised, and those under the age of 7 must be accompanied by a person aged 14 or older.

Quick Take: This enjoyable yard display made a name for itself with elaborate shows featuring synchronized music, effects, and dialogue. Later it graduated to an equally entertaining shooting gallery, which had a similar approach to the show, featuring talking characters whose dialogue was synched with the timer for the gallery.

Haunted Groundz Information
Haunted Groundz deceptively presents itself as just another yard display, but after admiring the decor for a moment or two, you realize that it’s actually a show (somewhat like a smaller version of The House at Haunted Hill) with effects timed to recorded audio cues that cycle through at intervals.
There’s not really a story; it’s more a series of one-liners and dialogue between the characters, who include mechanical skeletons in the yard, a digitally projected witch in the window, and singing Jack O’Lanterns. There are also some  clever hidden surprises that pop out for the big finish. Our advice: do not walk away prematurely, thinking you’ve seen it all, because you haven’t.
