Description: Montana Avenue Merchants Association presents its annual Halloween Hop, with fun for kids of all ages! Costumed trick-or-treaters are invited to safely stroll Montana from 6th to 17th Streets, where numerous merchants will offer candy and other treats.

The event takes place on Halloween evening from 3pm to 6pm
