Halloween DTLA Festival for Kids
2023 Update: The event has rebranded itself as DCBID Halloween Festival for Kids Event, named after the Downtown Center Business Improvement District.
Date: October 31, 5-8pm.
Tickets: $10 in advance, $13 at the door.
Description from the website: From Kids will love trick-or-treating, showing off their costumes at the character meet-and-greets, eating yummy snacks, and seeing the puppet and magic shows. Adults will love the safe, very special kid-friendly experiences that creates memories to last until next Halloween.

The Annual Festival for DTLA Kids (formerly known as the Halloween Party for Downtown L.A. Kids) invites families living in the area to bring their children out for a night of fun and games. Presented by the Downtown Center Business Improvement District of Los Angeles, this Community Halloween Event features: trick-or-treat doors; inflatable bounce house; puppet shows; fun face painting and crafts; and hot dogs, cotton candy & popcorn.
Costumes are required for children and suggested for adults. Remember to bring a candy bucket or bag! No pets.
