Haunted Hollow 2011
Dates & Hours: October 29 & 31, 7-10pm (no performance on Sunday, October 30)
Location: 603 N. Las Palmas Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90004
Description: This amateur yard haunt has been spooking its Hollywood neighborhood for a few years, but in 2011 they promise to really turn up the fire under the cauldron, offering an “intense haunted house” with lighting and fog effects, some pneumatics, and air cannons. The walk-through, which takes about five minutes, begins at the side of the house and leads through the backyard, which is haunted by over twenty monsters. Guests will have to squeeze, crawl, and scrape their way through.
The experience is not recommended for younger children. The front yard will be decorated (and perhaps populated with live monsters), and candy will be handed out for trick-or-treaters too terrified to enter the haunt.
Admission is free, but donations are accepted (all donations will be forwarded to UNICEF).
