Monrovia Canyon Haunted Hike 2013

Description: Monrovia Canyon Park resurrects its annual fundraiser, which apparently had been on hiatus a few years. We have never attended, but it sounds spooky, thanks to the outdoor setting, which will be populated by scare-actors (some with chainsaws).

Tickets are $20, available only at the Monrovia COmmunity Center during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

Hikes take place on October 24, 25 & 26, beginning each night at 6:15 pm and taking place at approximately fifteen-minute intervals (6:30. 6:45, etc) until the last one at 9:15. Each hike lasts from 45 minutes to one hour.

The hikes take place in Monrovia Canyon. A “Ghost Bus” will take visitors from the the Library Park to the canyon and back. Parking is limited.
