Nevermore will run some more at Steve Allen Theatre
NEVERMORE – an evening with Edgar Allan Poe, featuring “Prose, Poetry and Perversion” – has had its run extended at the Steve Allen Theatre in Hollywood. The previously scheduled performances (ending on July 31) had sold out weeks in advance, so the play will now go on until Saturday, August 29, (*please see below for extended dates*) with performances on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 8:00pm.
The play is a collaboration between the creative triumverate responsible for the 1985 horror classic RE-ANIMATOR: star Jeffrey Combs, writer Dennis Paoli, and director Stuart Gordon. More apropos to their current project, the trio also collaborated on a MASTERS OF HORROR episode based on Poe’s “The Black Cat,” in which Combs portrayed the troubled author.
Tickets are $10.00.
