No EEK! at the Greek! concert for Halloween 2016

EEK! at the Greek! was our favorite non-haunt Halloween event when Hollywood Gothique first attended in 2014, and it performed well again in 2015. Unfortunately, the creepy classical concert will not be back for Halloween 2016. The reason: since the Greek Theatre is now run by the city of Los Angeles, Nederlander Concerts, the company that put on the event, no longer has control of the venue’s schedule; this is the unfortunate fallout.

Someone associated with the event tells us that, if scheduling can be worked out, EEK! at the Greek! may return for future Halloweens.
