Description: Old Town Pasadena’s dark and disturbing subterranean lair opens its doors for one final season of fear. That’s right: the Old Town Haunt Halloween attraction is billing October 2013 as its last year – meaning that, if you have not ventured into its caverns yet, you must make the effort now or regret it for the rest of your miserable life.
Old Town Haunt operates on a shorter schedule this year: October 12, 18-19, 24-27, 30-31; and November 1-2.
Tickets are $15 for General Admission and $20 for VIP (no waiting) on October 12, 18, 19 & 24, and November 1 & 2. Prices are $17 for General Admission and $22 for VIP on October 25, 26, 27, 30 & 31.
There are Kid’s matinee’s (for ages 7 through 12) on Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27, from noon to 2pm. These show include some effects, no actors, and fewer scares, but are still not recommended for the youngest children.
The scary evening shows are definitely not for children under 12, nor for claustrophobics. This is one of the best Halloween events in Los Angeles, so try not to miss it. As the website says: “This is it: Last year. Last Chance. Can you last?”
