Nights of the Jack + Lanterns? That’s right. On top of their pumpkin carvings and carved Jack O’ Lanterns; Nights of the Jack has added another type of lantern display to this season’s offerings. The new lanterns for 2023 reminded us of the Chinese Lantern Festival or Luminasia which were showcased at the Pomona Fairplex many years ago. What was also new was the Nights of the Jack scavenger hunt. The rules were easy to follow and you can just read the signage before you enter Jack’s Trail to see all the pumpkins and lanterns. If you’re into skilled games, then there are 2 stations for their virtual carnival/skill games. One can be found near the front and the other half-way down the trail in the bar and seating area.
