Ralph Breaks the VR coming to The Void

Starting November 21, Ralph Breaks the VR moves into The Void location at the Glendale Galleria. This is the latest virtual reality attraction from  ILMxLAB, The VOID, and Walt Disney Animation Studios, combining Head-Mounted Displays, tracking technology, and physical settings to create a unique free-roaming virtual-reality experience that includes physical interactivity. At first, Ralph Breaks the VR will alternate with Star Wars: Secrets of the Empire, which wraps up its run on November 26; then Raph Breaks the VR will take over throughout December.

According to the official description: “In Ralph Breaks VR, you and your friends will sneak onto the internet to play the newest, coolest video game ever alongside Wreck-It Ralph and Vanellope von Schweetz. And, have the ultimate food flight in Pancake Milkshake Diner.”

Ralph Breaks the VR is schedule to run Wednesdays through Saturdays in November and December, except Thanksgiving Day. The Void opens at 10am; closing times vary. The Void recommends purchasing tickets in advance to reserve a specific check-in time; the schedule can get crowded on busy weekends, leading to long wait times. It’s not a bad idea to arrive early, and allow about an hour for the entire experience (checking in, signing a wavier, suiting up, watching the intro, and playing the game).

The Glendale Galleria is located at 100 W Broadway, Glendale 91210. Get tickets at thevoid.com/locations/glendale.
