Spooky Swapmeet Photos!

On the weekend of May 1-2, Spooky Swamp Meet held its debut event at the Heritage Square Museum. The self-described “curated, eclectic shopping experience ” featured numerous vendors offering vintage decorations, props, costumes, and collectibles. Participating vendors and organizations included Bearded Lady’s Mystic Museum, The Farm Haunt, Murder House Productions, and L.A. Haunted Hayride.  In addition to shopping, guests had the opportunity to walk the grounds of Heritage Square, exploring its preserved Victorian Mansions, which had been tricked out as if for Halloween: Rad Coffee offered a Stranger Things display, and Murder House Productions offered another tribute to Trick ‘R Treat (in the spirit of their haunt Trick-or-Treat home haunt ). And just like in the old days of the Heritage Square Museum Halloween and Mourning Tours, there was door-to-door trick-or-treating.

Spooky Swamp Meet was created by Claire Dunlap (Supervising Producer Midsummer Scream) and Sarah Cooke, with David Markland, (Executive Director Midsummer Scream) and Jon Cooke (Creative Director 13th Floor Entertainment) acting as associate producers.
