Time to (re)visit the Cauldron

Like many bars and restaurants, the Cauldron in Buena Park was impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, for a long time reduced to outdoor service only. Fortunately, they managed to survive; in fact, they recently announced new hours, with expanded indoor seating and patio service.

The Cauldron is now open Wednesday through Sunday from 4pm to midnight every night. Seating is 21 and over after 10pm, and last call at the kitchen is 10:30pm. Masks are required for non-vaccinated guests.

In case you have never been, The Cauldron is a horror-theme bar with an excellent menu of specialty drinks and tasty dishes. The vie is low-key even after dark (i.e., it’s not a noisy meet-market). The bartenders will brew you a lovely variation on James Bond’s famous Vesper Lynd Martini, and you can learn about their other cocktails by reading our review.
