Officially a scare zone, The Purge: Gauntlet of Fear was more like an outdoor maze – one of the highlights of the 2016 edition of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood. It won the Hollywood Gothique Halloween Haunt Award for Best Scare Zone.
