2020 Halloween events in Antelope Valley
Last year, the Antelope Valley hosted seven full walk-through haunts, several yard displays, and many other Halloween events. This year, a global, non-zombie pandemic has severely curtailed Halloween everywhere, and the Lancaster-Palmdale area is no exception. Still, there are three places to enjoy on Halloween night, if you can’t make it down south to other parts of Los Angeles County. All three are also listed on SoCalHauntList.
Restless Souls Manor has been haunting East Palmdale for years, often with vary impressive and interactive walk-through mazes. This year there will only be a yard display, but if you’re nearby it’s certainly a good reason to pick this neighborhood for your trick-or-treating. The display will be viewable until 10 pm Halloween night, at 38143 52nd St E Palmdale, CA 93552.
Witches and Bones (seen at top of page) is a new haunt this year, featuring a giant skeleton, numerous animatronic witches, and many other great decorations. It will be open for Trick-or-Treaters from 7pm to 10pm at 2605 Nandina Dr Palmdale, CA 93550.
Of the three options, The Freak Show is definitely the place to be on Halloween night. This year it is the only walk-through haunt in the Antelope Valley, and while brief, it also has much more to make sure your Halloween is still a happy one. In addition to the great decorations, there will be carnival games, free hot dogs, and bags of candy for Trick-or-Treaters. It will be open from 6 pm to midnight on Halloween night at 2652 Minford St Lancaster, CA 93536.
