- F. Paul Wilson, Lifetime Achievement Award
- Lisa Mannetti, First Novel (The Gentling Box)
- Larry Roberts, Specialty Press Award (Bloodletting Press)
- Sephera Giron, HWA Silver Hammer Award
- John R. Little, Long Fiction (Miranda) and HWA Richard Laymon Award.
