Midsummer Scream 2024

Midsummer Scream 2024 is returning to the Long Beach Convention Center for three days of fun-filled horror on the weekend of July 26-28. This year’s presentation includes panels and preview of upcoming Halloween events, plus film screenings, live entertainment, and the Hall of Shadows (installations of high-end home haunts). Guests include David Dastmalchian (Late Night with the Devil), Ken Foree (Dawn of the Dead), Cassandra Peterson (Elvira), Tony Todd (Candyman), Peaches Christ (The Terror Vault), and a rare appearance by ’60s horror star Barbara Steele (arguably the first actress to make a mark in the genre not as a scream queen but as a the one causing the screams).
