No Horror Made Here for Halloween 2019
Warner Bros. has sent out a mass email stating that Horror Made Here: A Festival of Frights will not be returning to the studio lot for Halloween 2019. No explanation is given; the email simply says “we are taking a break and will not be producing one of our signature events as we have exciting news to announce later this year for our Studio Tour.” After hyping WB’s upcoming slate of horror films (The Curse of La Llorona, Annabelle Comes Home, IT Chapter Two, and Doctor Sleep) and the current “I Like Scary Moves Experience” based on the studio’s horror franchises, the email advises fans of Horror Made Here to check the website for updates regarding Horror Made Here in 2020.
This is highly disappointing news. In Here 2017 and 2018, Horror Made Here seemed to be establishing itself as a major player among Los Angeles Halloween Haunts. Hopefully, they will return in 2020.
