Return to House of Spirits! Updated with new info!
Update: We have just heard from Justin Meyer about changes that will be made to House Of Spirits: A Haunted Cocktail Soirée when it reopens on November 29. The differences will be “minimal and specific,” mostly to tie the decor, costuming, and music in with the holiday season instead of Halloween. There will also be new characters and increased opportunities for hidden one-on-one interactions that guests will have to discover.
“We noticed that the audience really enjoyed engaging with those hidden show elements, and so we’re putting a bit more focus into developing those interactions,” says Meyer. “Otherwise, the big show elements will remain the same: the two basement experiences, the upstairs totem-hunt, and main floor Cocktail party. We see this as an extension, for those who missed it the first time around or for those who wish to experience it again, but if you’ve come before, there will be subtle nuances that will be discoverable!”

Great News! One of Hollywood Gothique’s favorite events of Halloween 2019 is scheduled for a reprise engagement, beginning the day after Thanksgiving. House Of Spirits: A Haunted Cocktail Soirée will run on eleven nights, Thursdays through Sundays, from November 29 until December 15. Start times for the two-hour immersive experience will be at 6:30pm and 9:30pm, except on Sundays, which 5pm and 8pm.
House of Spirits is not a traditional haunted house, nor is it interactive theatre. It is, rather, a free-roaming immersive experience combining several elements: cocktail party, live entertainment, scary scavenger hunt, strange disturbances in the basement. If you missed its run in October, you really should avail yourselves of this opportunity.
Note: The House of Spirits website still lists November 2 as the event’s final night. The additional dates are listed at Fever.com, where tickets are actually sold.
