The Exorcist: 50th anniversary screenings
In honor of its 50th anniversary, The Exorcist will return to screens on October 4, courtesy of Fathom Events. Theatres in the Los Angeles area include Universal Citywalk, Regal Sherman Oaks Galleria, AMC Burbank, and many others.
The version being screened is identified as the Extended Director’s Cut, released back in 2000 as “The Version You Have Never Seen,” a description that obviously no longer applies. This edit includes some crucial dialogue along with the infamous “spider walk” sequence.
