The Ultimate Holiday Movies from Rooftop Cinema Club & Time Out
Rooftop Cinema Club and Time Out are currently offering the “Ultimate Holiday Movie Series” at Montalbán in Hollywood. Titles include Elf, The Muppet Christmas Carol, Miracle on 34th Street (1947), It’s a Wonderful Life, Scrooged, and TIm Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. Screenings take place Tuesdays through Sundays atop the Montalbán theatre, which has been decked out to resemble a winter wonderland. Warm blanks and hot drinks keep out the cold; wireless headphones keep out the traffic noise from the street below. Food is provided by Baohaus Far East Plaza (served an hour and a half before each screening except on nights between a double screening).
The Ultimate Holiday Movie Series runs through Saturday December 23. Not all of the screenings feature are fantasy films, but many of them do. Check out the complete schedule below:
