For Halloween 2018, Wicked Lit’s immersive production will be performed entirely within the Mountain View Mausoleum (no exteriors in the cemetery). The show includes two plays: Teig O’Kane & The Corpse (pictured at top) and a new version of Charles Dickens’ The Chimes. In the former, a young Irishman who refuses to commit to adulthood finds himself bound to an animated corpse. In the latter a conflicted father confronts goblins that bring him to the brink of death and back again.
There are two performances nightly, starting at 7:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The show runs 75 minutes. Audience size is smaller. There is no pre-show performances. There will be an interactive exhibit featuring past Wicked Lit costumes, puppets, and photo opportunities.
